Warranty
We offer a free 1-year warranty from CPS third party warranty company and extended paid warranty up to 4 years. The price of the extended warranty is very reasonable and includes labor and parts. (You may have to pay a deductible for the warranty service to CPS $99). The first 30 days warranty is covered by the store, which also includes labor and parts. The warranty company covers the rest of the term. Since we are a scratch & Dent store, if the internal function of the unit has any issues during the first 30 days, our store will take full cover for it. If the issue is caused by the third party or the customer, the store will charge a $50+ service fee. (Depending on the situation)

Delivery within 30 miles of any of our three stores costs $80.

For distances over 20 miles, an additional $2 per mile will be charged.

If delivery involves stairs, an extra $25 fee applies.(we also offer free door removal service If necessary)

Return&Exchange
We understand that sometimes various reasons may lead to an unpleasant shopping experience, so we offer an 30-day refund service!
(Please note: Delivery Fee & Any Service Fee are Not Refundable, once the unit is out for delivery.)
Customers are responsible to return the unit back to the store in order to get a refund or exchange.
(If needed, we’re able pickup with a additional fee)

FAQs
Do you do delivery and installation for all products?
Yes, we offer delivery services for all products. For delivery within 20 miles, we charge a fee of $80. For distances beyond 20 miles, an additional fee of $2 per mile will be applied. Additionally, if delivery involves stairs above the second floor, an extra fee of $25 will be charged. (All delivery services include installation and removal of old items.)
For microwaves and dishwashers, we do not provide installation services. (If needed, please contact us to arrange for a technician to perform the installation.)
Do you accept trade-ins or buy used appliances?
We do not accept trade-ins or second-hand items, but we do offer free haul away service with delivery orders.

OUR RETURN POLICY
We offer 30-day free returns. Upon receiving a return request, we will send a technician for free repairs. If the product cannot be repaired, we will issue a refund without any handling fees. (Delivery and service fees are non-refundable. As we sell scratch and dent products, items with only cosmetic issues are not eligible for a refund.)
